XCZU47DR-2FFVE1156I RFSoC for applications in 5G, radar and satellite communications

The AMD/Xilinx XCZU47DR-2FFVE1156I is a high-performance Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC (Radio Frequency System-on-Chip) device that integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 MPCore™ and a dual-core ARM Cortex-R5F processing system. It features 930K logic cells, 4272 DSP slices, 38 Mb of Block RAM, and 22.5 Mb of UltraRAM. Its standout feature is the inclusion of 8x 14-bit RF-ADCs with a sampling rate of up to 5 GSPS and 8x 14-bit RF-DACs with a sampling rate of up to 9.85 GSPS, enabling direct RF sampling without external data converters. The device supports advanced connectivity options, including PCIe Gen4 x8, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, and multiple GTY/GTR transceivers (up to 28.21 Gb/s). It also includes builtigital up/down conversion (DUC/DDC) with programmable interpolation/decimation factors (1x to 40x), and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C (TJ).
